Information we process

Marketplace listings contain the organiser, business, event, venue, booking, and contact details submitted for review. Saved listings are stored locally on your device or browser and are not currently attached to an online account.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review, publish, and operate marketplace listings, respond to support requests, protect the service from abuse, and maintain reliability. A one-way hash derived from a connection address may be retained temporarily to enforce submission limits.

Device access

The current app does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, tracking, or advertising permissions. External booking and email actions open the relevant service only when you choose them.

Sharing and retention

Published listing details are public. Service providers may process limited data to host the application, database, monitoring, and email. We retain records only while they are needed for marketplace operation, legal obligations, security, or dispute handling.

Your choices

You can remove saved listings from the app at any time. To request correction or deletion of a submitted listing or associated personal information, contact hello@belleandbobby.uk.
